in accuweather meteorologist jim dickey is tracking that storm. jim, who is going to get it first? >> seeing the snow right now already across southern illinois and southern, indiana. with the storm, not packing the punch that its predecessor did but still a wide swath of snow across the ohio valley spreading its way north and eastward and then the cold front with the system putting down substantial rainfall. good news is nothing in the way of severe weather reports or reports of damage like we saw with the storm the day after christmas. moves east ward and the heavy rain tracking into the florida panhandle right now. reds and yellows marking the heaviest precipitation. with that further northward sold air in place. the heaviest band of snow the darking blue shade stretches from indianapolis down south of st. louis and that will move north and eastward as we head through the night. the first moves into pennsylvania and weakened and then transfer energy to a system that is going to roll up the coast but that happens too late for this to be a major snowmaker for most of us here. a wi
